At ETINOR, executive coaching addresses both dimensions.
We work on the leadership challenges and objectives that matter professionally, while making room for the broader questions that influence how an executive leads, grows and defines success.
Executive coaching grounded in firsthand leadership experience
ETINOR was founded by Yaron Ernst, an executive coach with extensive international leadership experience.
Yaron's career includes 17 years at Moody's Investors Service, ultimately serving as Managing Director of a global group. He later moved into entrepreneurship and growth-company leadership, building a fintech venture and working in a startup environment.
Yaron experienced many of the realities that ETINOR's clients face: leading people and teams, operating across countries and cultures, navigating organizational complexity, building new ventures, managing change and balancing immediate performance with longer-term direction.
That experience shapes—but does not dictate—ETINOR's coaching.
Our role is not to tell executives how we would handle their challenges, but to create the space, challenge and perspective that help them discover the approach that is right for them.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Yaron combines firsthand executive experience with professional coaching expertise, helping leaders navigate some of the most important challenges and decisions of their professional lives.
