Developing leaders. Strengthening organizations.

Executive coaching creates dedicated space for leaders to step back from immediate demands, gain perspective and develop how they lead — in the context of the organization, its priorities and its challenges.

When executive coaching can make a difference

Stepping into greater responsibility
Supporting a leader taking on a broader role, larger team or increased organizational responsibility.

Leading through change
Creating space to navigate transformation, uncertainty and changing expectations.

Strengthening leadership impact
Developing greater awareness of how a leader communicates, influences and works with others.

Navigating complexity
Helping leaders step back from competing demands and make thoughtful choices in complex environments.

Developing senior talent
Investing in high-potential and established leaders as part of longer-term development.

At pivotal career moments
Supporting leaders facing significant professional decisions, transitions or new challenges.

Individual development. Organizational context.

Executive coaching takes place within an organizational context. A leader's development, responsibilities, relationships and challenges are connected to the environment in which they operate.

At the beginning of an organizational coaching engagement, clear objectives and expectations are established with the relevant stakeholders. Coaching then provides the executive with a confidential space to explore those objectives, develop greater awareness and determine their own path forward.

The aim is development that is meaningful for the leader, relevant to the organization and capable of creating sustainable impact.

A clear framework from the start

01 — Understanding the context
Initial conversation with the organization to understand the situation, objectives and expectations.

02 — Coach–leader fit
A conversation with the executive to establish whether there is a strong basis for working together.

03 — Alignment and coaching
Objectives and ways of working are agreed, followed by a series of confidential coaching sessions.

04 — Review and completion
Progress is reviewed against the agreed objectives while maintaining the confidentiality of the coaching relationship.

Confidentiality is fundamental. The content of coaching conversations remains between coach and executive unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Coaching grounded in executive reality

Executive coaching benefits from an understanding of both the individual and the environment in which leadership happens.

ETINOR's founder's experience includes senior corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and international business — including 17 years at Moody's Investors Service, where he served as Managing Director of a global group.

That experience informs our coaching not by providing executives with ready-made answers, but by giving us firsthand understanding of many of the environments, pressures and transitions in which their questions arise.

Let's start with a conversation

If you are considering coaching for a leader or several leaders in your organization, we can start by discussing the context, your objectives and whether working together would be the right fit.
