A space to think clearly when the stakes are high.

Executive coaching offers a confidential space to step back from immediate demands, examine what matters most, and approach leadership, decisions and change with greater clarity and intention.

Leadership rarely comes with enough space to think.

Senior roles bring competing priorities, complex relationships and decisions whose consequences extend well beyond the individual making them.

At the same time, the more senior the role, the fewer opportunities there may be to speak openly — without needing to manage expectations, reassure a team or arrive with the answer already formed.

Executive coaching creates that space.

It is an opportunity to step back, examine situations from different perspectives, challenge assumptions and translate reflection into purposeful action.

What we might work on

Every coaching engagement is different. The focus depends on your role, your context and what will make the greatest difference.

Leadership and impact

Strengthening how you lead, communicate and influence.

Complex decisions

Finding clarity when the choices — and the trade-offs — are not straightforward.

Transitions & new responsibilities

Navigating a new role, expanded mandate or significant professional change.

Relationships and organizational dynamics

Working more effectively across teams, stakeholders and competing interests.

Performance under pressure

Sustaining effectiveness when expectations and demands are high.

Direction and development

Thinking deliberately about the leader you want to become and what comes next.

The coaching relationship starts with you

Our work begins by understanding your context, what you would like to achieve and where coaching can make the greatest difference.

Together, we establish areas of focus and revisit them as circumstances evolve. Sessions combine reflection, challenge and practical exploration, with the aim of turning insight into meaningful action.

Where coaching is sponsored by an organization, the broader objectives of the engagement provide important context. The coaching conversations themselves remain a confidential space in which you can think and speak openly.

Experience changes the conversation

Before becoming a coach, Yaron spent much of my career inside the environments my executive clients navigate today.

Over 17 years at Moody’s Investors Service, including as Managing Director of a global group, he experienced firsthand the complexity of leading people, making consequential decisions and operating across cultures and organizational boundaries.

His broader career — as a lawyer, entrepreneur and international executive, living and working across four countries— has given him experience of leadership, transition and professional change from several perspectives.

Today, Yaron brings that experience to coaching alongside professional coach training, his ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and executive coaching program at Paris Dauphine University – PSL.

Let's start with a conversation

If you are considering coaching for a leader or several leaders in your organization, we can start by discussing the context, your objectives and whether working together would be the right fit.
