About Yaron
Yaron's professional path has taken him across organizations, countries, cultures and industries. For 17 years at Moody’s Investors Service, he held a range of senior roles in New York, London and Paris, culminating as Managing Director of a global group. His work spanned strategy, business development, financial analysis, innovation and the leadership of international teams.
Yaron's career has also taken him beyond the corporate world. He began professionally as a lawyer with Cadwalader in New York, specializing in structured finance transactions. After Moody’s, he became an entrepreneur, building a fintech venture from the ground up, and later joined ARIE Finance to lead its European operations. These experiences gave him a first-hand perspective on leadership across established global organizations, start-ups and growing businesses.
It also exposed Yaron to many of the realities executives face: making consequential decisions with incomplete information, leading through change, navigating complex organizations, managing competing demands, and sustaining performance while remaining responsible for the performance and development of others.
ETINOR's approach combines this first-hand understanding of executive life with rigorous professional coaching practice. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Yaron works within ICF competencies and ethical standards. He also took the Executive Coaching program at Paris Dauphine University, further specializing his practice in coaching executives and leaders within complex organizational environments.
Having lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Israel, Yaron brings an international perspective and coach in English, French and Hebrew.
