Navigate change.
Find your own direction.
Personal coaching offers a confidential space to explore important changes and decisions, clarify what you want and move forward in a way that feels considered and genuinely your own.
Change can begin before anything visibly changes
Sometimes the transition has already begun. Sometimes it is still only a question.
A new role, a career change, relocation, retirement or a change in personal circumstances can alter more than the practical structure of life. It may also raise questions about identity, priorities, relationships and what should come next.
At other times, nothing dramatic has happened. Life may appear settled, yet something no longer feels aligned—or an important decision has been postponed because the way forward is unclear.
Coaching creates room to explore those questions before rushing toward an answer.

What we might work on
Career and professional direction
Considering what you want from the next stage of your working life.
Life transitions
Navigating significant change and adjusting to what it asks of you.
Priorities and balance
Examining where your time and energy go—and whether that reflects what matters now.
Choices and possibilities
Making space for decisions, projects or ambitions that have remained unresolved.
Retirement and the next chapter
Thinking beyond the end of a role toward purpose, structure and engagement.
Relocation and belonging
Finding your footing when country, culture, community or daily life has changed.
Change affects what you do—
and how you see yourself.
Transitions often contain practical questions: what to choose, what to leave behind, what to prepare and what action to take.
But they may also unsettle emotions about familiar roles, routines and assumptions.
A professional change can raise questions about identity. Relocation can affect belonging. Retirement can change the structure, relationships and sense of purpose that work once provided.
Coaching allows both dimensions—the practical and the emotional—to be considered together. The aim is to help you make choices that are thoughtful, workable and genuinely your own.
A transition can also create an opportunity to reconsider other parts of your life: what matters now, what you may have outgrown and what you would like to carry forward into the next chapter.

What coaching offers
Coaching is a collaborative process that creates space to think more deeply about your situation, what matters to you and how you would like to move forward.
Through conversation, reflection and thoughtful challenge, we explore different perspectives, examine what may be getting in the way and identify possibilities that feel meaningful and workable. The aim is not for me to provide ready-made answers, but to help you arrive at your own understanding and translate it into purposeful action.
Coaching can support greater clarity, self-awareness and confidence in your choices. What it offers—and where the work leads—will depend on you, your circumstances and the questions you bring.
The work begins with what matters to you
Our first conversations focus on understanding your situation, the questions you are carrying and what you would like to be different.
As the work develops, we may examine assumptions, competing priorities, recurring patterns and possibilities that have not yet been fully considered. Reflection is connected to action, but the pace and direction of the work remain responsive to your circumstances.
Coaching does not require you to arrive with a perfectly defined objective. Sometimes finding the right question is an important part of the work.

Inès F., entrepreneur and business owner
Business development ; work/life balance
After my first year of self-employment, I needed to organize my thoughts about my business. I felt emotionally exhausted, weary and out of alignment.
My weekly meetings with Yaron helped me identify the habits and limiting beliefs that were preventing me from moving forward with greater confidence. The coaching allowed me to understand myself better and begin transforming perceived “handicaps” into “superpowers.”

Experience brings perspective.
Coaching keeps the focus on you.
Yaron's own life and career have included changes of profession, country, organizational environment and personal direction.
Those experiences help ETINOR appreciate that transitions are rarely only logistical or professional. They can affect identity, relationships, confidence, belonging and the way we imagine ourselves and our future.
We bring that perspective to coaching alongside professional coach training, Yaron's ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification and an approach grounded in careful listening, thoughtful challenge and respect for each client’s own choices.
